This fully enclosed high-temperature cavity ensures optimal heat retention, allowing the bricks to reach ideal pizza-cooking temperatures in just 45 to 60 minutes under normal conditions.

Both The Original Bro™ and The Big Bro™ are available in a raw steel finish, giving customers the flexibility to let the oven naturally patina over time or apply high-heat paint for a customized look. This versatile design allows for a personalized touch while maintaining the oven’s durability.
